Our Story

We’ve been obsessed with improving the TA space since 2016. Our first site, Engineering Job Czar, was innovative and ahead of its time but wasn’t quite what the market needed. So, we went back to the drawing board and conceived LinkBuddy.

Our mission has always been to streamline the hiring process and improve the experience for both job and resource-seekers.

The system is long overdue for a major overhaul and Talent Crowdsourcing checks all the boxes.
